I have again stopped training consistently. But since I’ve been at it for a while now, I’ve decided to forgive myself and just carry on with the program regardless. I wonder if my self-discipline problems will improve if I improve my sleeping pattern? I’ll try that as a little experiment in the next few days. The biggest problem is getting to sleep, and I’ll problably need to adjust my environment somehow. Taking the laptop out of the bedroom is perhaps one option. It is not a “work” laptop; I use it exclusively to listen to internet radio. I need to finish a couple of books as well, and perhaps that will help… I’ll report on my progress.
