Today was a relatively good day.  Most importantly  of all, the summer has arrived and I think that today was probably the warmest day since the end of winter.  It is still not mind-numbingly hot, so I can work throughout the day, although I did have a nap in the afternoon.  And it is glorious to wake up and see the sun shine.  The atmostphere is all vacationy, and I really feel very happy.

The morning was devoted to Henri’s graphics class.  Lots of interesting information, but little really directly related to graphics.  Henri and I had lunch at the Indian restaurant in Stellenbosch. (Or perhaps one of the Indian restaurants?  There may be others.)  I have a toothache and tomorrow I see the dentist, but it didn’t  bother me today.  Food was good, perhaps even excellent.  I was really distracted mostly be the conversation.

After my nap I worked on the presentation for tomorrow, did a little work on my partial orer survey and chatted to the other Henri (in Tampere).  It is time to finish the survey work and implement my one great partial order reduction idea.  Perhaps in time for a conference next year.
